Just got my order for a protective cover for my square omni. The service and communication from Mike is unbeatable. I was very impressed how helpful and patient he is. Very transparent in every way about your project or needs. I wont bother going anywhere else. This is my 3D print shop for all my needs.   If I could give 10 stars I would. I had to get a small job 3D printed so I just started looking on Google. Came across Mic-Bot 3D Shop and I am super happy that I found them. Very, very easy to work with and super helpful. Mike took the time to confirm every detail of the job and even assisted with the shipping. The part fit perfectly and it was very reasonably priced. I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Mike at Mic-Bot 3D Shop on my custom 3D printing project. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, offering practical solutions to lower costs while maintaining quality, and ensuring the final design was exactly what I wanted. His communication was excellent, and he genuinely cares about delivering high-quality work—he even went above and beyond by restarting a print to ensure it met his own high standards. To top it off, an unexpected issue occurred with my package that was totally out of Mike's control and through no fault of his own. Instead of leaving me to handle it, he immediately took full responsibility for resolving the issue so I didn't have to deal with it at all.  He cares that much. I felt well-supported throughout the entire process and truly appreciate the care he put into this special project. I would double the highest star rating for Mike if I could. I am very happy with my experience with Mic-Bot 3D Shop. I needed a replacement for a broken plastic car part, that is difficult to find and highly prone to failure. It's a very small, intricate, functional piece for an MK7 VW Jetta Sunglass holder. Rather than replace it with another defective part, I wanted a better solution. I found a 3D model of the part online and sent it to Mike. He replied promptly with detailed advice, options, and pricing (very fair pricing).  The work was finished within 24 hours, and nicely packaged with some extras. I installed the part, and the fit and function are perfect. I can tell the material quality is better than OEM, and will hold up much longer. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, communication, and timing.
